Lactalis Georgia (part of the French group LACTALIS, a global leader in dairy production), which includes popular brands like Sante, Santino, President, Galbani, and Parmalat, is offering an opportunity to join our team as an IT Technical Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT support, ensuring timely and effective support for end-users.
- Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
- Set up and manage email accounts, including configuration and support for email clients and Office 365.
- Install and support computer software applications.
- Configure and install peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and other hardware.
- Manage software installations, updates, and licensing compliance.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and end-users.
- Ensure IT security protocols are followed, including data protection and access control.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address technical needs and implement technology solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Russian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, Office, and other end user software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- IT-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.

Work Schedule: Full Time, from Monday to Friday.
