General Requirements:
- Manages guest enrollments and card transactions efficiently
- Performs balance settlements accurately at the end of each day
- Generates and issues invoices to guests promptly
- Monitors and maintains accurate records of current debts
- Prepares daily audit report
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in International Brand Hotel is a preference
- Experience with OPERA PMS & Excel
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
