Functional responsibilities:
Education:
- Implementation of a personal sales plan, demonstration of sales standards for store employees Fulfilment of the sales plan (by income, by group) of the store
- Customer Conflict Resolution, Work with complaints
- Development of the list of store services
- Participation in the planning of marketing campaigns
- Balance control and ordering of goods, Work with old stock, Assortment development, Compliance with planograms in the store
- Cash discipline control
- Participation in the inventory process
- Control of goods acceptance and shipment
- Interaction with related departments (marketing, procurement, HR, accounting)
Education:
- Higher Education ( Preferably) Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales in Retail Chain or 1-2 years of experience as a Store Manager and Knowledge of sales standards, communication with the client, cash discipline, experience in working with personnel
Languages:
- Georgian - Native
- English – B2
