LOCATION: Tbilisi, Georgia
JOB DESCRIPTION: Work to perform includes but is not limited to:
- Bank transfers preparation & posting in online banking system, as well as 1C;
- Incoming cash accounting in 1C and an excel file separately;
- Client invoicing upon managers’ request along with regular monthly billings not requiring managers’ approvals – posting in excel file, 1C and IBS;
- Debtors file communication with managers;
- Expense accounting in 1C based on documents received from suppliers/internal stakeholders;
- Weekly cash reporting to Head Office;
- VAT file reconciliation – Correct revenue recognition, VAT invoice issuance;
- FX rates maintenance in 1C & IBS;
- Salary file review and posting in 1C;
- Working with RS.GE – VAT invoices issuance, purchase documents accounting, payment follow- up and administration.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Attentiveness to detail;
- Experience of working with 1C is a must;
- Appetite for professional/personal growth and development;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Fluency in English and Georgian;
- Knowledge of Russian would be an asset.
