We are looking for people who are:                                                                                                                    
  • Energetic, sociable, and proactive individuals with a personalized approach to clients and the ability to adhere strictly to high professional ethics.
  • Commercially oriented with an interest in developing expertise in Habanos culture.
  • Loyal, honest, discreet, with strong teamwork skills and self-discipline.
  • Have not changed their workplace often and have stayed for at least 3-5 years with one employer.

Sales consultant:
  • Advising clients on their choice of various cigar brands, cigarillos and accessories in accordance with their preferences, budget, or occasion.
  • Responsible for merchandising the product range in the store. 
  • Issuing cash receipts and invoices and working with a POS terminal. 
  • Servicing and maintaining humidor equipment.
  • Participating in inventory checks and acting as a materially responsible person.
  • Using ERP software for real-time sales tracking.

Requirments:
  • Education – min. completed secondary education.
  • Professional experience and qualifications:
  • Previous experience and skills in selling luxury products – minimum 3-5 years.
  • Negotiation skills and knowledge of marketing techniques to increase sales.
  • Languages proficiency - working level - written and spoken in Georgian, English, Russian.
  • PC literacy: MS Office package - Word, Excel, ERP/warehouse software, Internet

Main Responsibilities for a Regional Sales Representative:
  • Development of sales and the achievement of commercial goals in the area.
  • Initiates and conducts meetings with potential and current clients of the company.
  • Manages the process of negotiation of prices, terms and methods of payment in accordance with internal company rules.
  • Monitors payment terms with customers and notifies them of the due date.
  • Collects overdue receivables from customers.
  • Collects orders and organizes deliveries by customers.
  • Positioning, development and implementation of the company's portfolio.
  • Tracks the development of competition and identifies market opportunities in the region.
  • Monitors the availability and sale of unregulated products in the region.
  • Organizes and administers the entire process of ordering, receiving and sending collection of the excise labels.
  • Organizes the process of customs clearance and physical collection of imported goods.
  • Responsible for the permits related to the sale of goods on the market.
  • Contact person for work with all local and state institutions.
  • Responsible for the correct commercial allocation of goods between retail and distribution.
  • Reforms physical inspection and acceptance of imports into the ERP system.
  • Participates in audits of a public warehouse and is a materially responsible person.
  • Prepares various types of reports and statements that are directly related to his daily work.

Requirments:
  • Education – min. completed secondary education.
  • Professional experience and qualifications:
  • Previous experience and skills in selling luxury products – minimum 3 years.
  • Experience in a similar sales position - min. 3-5 years.
  • Negotiation skills, price negotiation, conditions and way of working.
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques to increase sales.
  • Competence and awareness of the local legislation and trade.
  • Valid driver's license without violations.
  • Languages proficiency - working level - written and spoken in Georgian, English, Russian.
  • PC literacy: MS Office package - Word, Excel, ERP/warehouse software, Internet

Regional Sales Representative: Starting salary for the first 3 months - 2000 Gel net pay plus bonus and 40 hours per week.
Sales consultant : Starting Salary for the first 3 months - 960 Gel net pay plus bonus . The working hours are according to a preliminary schedule for the store at a 40/42 hour work per week .
