Tbilisi Philharmonic & Tbilisi Saburtalo Hotels by Mercure & ibis Styles Tbilisi Center is pleased to announce an opening for the position of a Cluster F&B Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies for all F&B outlets across a cluster of three hotels (restaurants, bars, lounges, terraces, in-room dining, and banqueting).
  • Proactively conceptualize and launch innovative campaigns, thematic promotions, and guest-centric events to enhance outlet visibility, increase footfall, and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chefs and F&B leadership to shape menu positioning, product storytelling, pricing strategy, and seasonal offerings, ensuring market alignment and brand consistency.
  • Oversee all marketing channels—digital, social, print, on-property, and PR—with tailored messaging for each outlet and audience segment.
  • Lead the creation of both online and offline marketing assets, including branded content, promotional materials, event collateral, and venue signage.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with lifestyle brands, media outlets, influencers, and local institutions to amplify reach and brand equity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine offerings and develop new concepts.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations and revenue teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and operational capabilities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and agency relationships, ensuring cost-effective deployment of resources and clear ROI tracking.
  • Consolidate reporting on campaign performance, outlet-level sales uplift, guest engagement, and brand KPIs across the cluster.

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B marketing and sales, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet or multi-property (cluster) environment.
  • Strong background in concept development, lifestyle marketing, and experiential campaign delivery within the hospitality or upscale F&B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead promotions that drive both top-line revenue and brand engagement.
  • Experience in managing digital platforms, offline media, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Solid track record of cross-functional collaboration with culinary, operations, and revenue teams.
  • Previous experience with menu marketing and event-driven sales campaigns is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or Business; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Exceptional creativity, initiative, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.) and basic graphic/content tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, budgeting, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with hospitality tech stack (POS, booking engines, loyalty systems) is preferred.
