We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales initiatives at Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center. Job Overview:
Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of our hotel. This key role is responsible for leading the hotel’s sales efforts with a strong focus on driving revenue, building strategic relationships, and executing effective marketing initiatives. The responsibilities of the Sales Manager will be distributed as follows: Sales (70%), Revenue & Strategy (20%), Marketing (10%).
The Sales Manager serves as the head of the Commercial Department, overseeing both Sales and Reservations functions. This role operates under the guidance and direct supervision of the General Manager, contributing to the overall commercial success of the hotel.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet hotel sales goals
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and group coordinators.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new leads and expand the hotel’s client base.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the hotel’s offerings and value proposition.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and secure contracts for group bookings, corporate agreements, and event space rentals, ensuring profitable terms and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Commercial Strategy: Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies, and use market data to adjust sales tactics and strategies accordingly.
  • Pricing & Inventory Management: Maximize outcome of all sales initiatives

Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Manage Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center’s social media platforms
  • Branding and Communication: Ensure that all sales and marketing efforts align with the Hampton branding and communication guidelines.

Other Duties:
  • Comply with all the company policies
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Department Leader, or General Manager to support the hotel's objectives.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations team to ensure seamless communication between departments and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills; meet tight deadlines and conduct assigned tasks, which might also imply the necessity of additional working hours, beyond those stated in employment contract.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of hotel industry trends and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales management software (e.g., Delphi, Property PMS) will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles.

Working Conditions:
Job site: Batumi.
Employment type: Monday to Friday/full time job.
Remuneration: by agreement.
