We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Tbilisi office and contribute to the success of this visionary project.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell residential and hospitality units of Petra Sea Resort
• Manage client communication, inquiries, and site presentations
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with the team
• Represent Petra Group at sales events and meetings

Requirements:

• 1 year of sales experience (real estate/hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Georgian, English and Russian fluency
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
