HH Recruitment Agency (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for the position of Chief MEP Engineer/Technical Director for company, which operates in Real-Estate Development Industry.Job Description:- Managing a full range of issues related to the development of design and working documentation, its acceptance from contractors, as well as support during the implementation of the facility;
- Managing a group of experts with internal engineering systems;
- Expert technical analysis of the initial permitting documentation;
- Checking and analyzing design documentation for compliance with current regulatory and technical documents, regulations, codes of practice, standards, and technical specifications;
- Monitoring and supporting the development of design and administrative documentation;
- Checking the issuance of assignments for related sections and their subsequent coordination;
- Protecting sections of design documentation in expert bodies;
- Carrying out supervision of the construction of designed facilities, monitoring the compliance of the quality of work, materials, equipment with the requirements of the approved project, standards and technical conditions;
- Participation in the preparation of Technical orders for the design and production of construction and installation works;
- Preparation of technical specifications for the development of engineering support schemes for facilities;
- Preparation of technical specifications for the development of street and road network facilities;
- Preparation of documentation for tenders, consideration of commercial proposals from contractors;
- Participation in the development of urban planning and other pre-design, technical documentation, and in the process of coordinating Permits building licenses;
- Preparation of initial data for design, participation in monitoring the implementation of design work, checking, coordinating and eliminating comments on the documentation of the "Project" stage;
- Preparation of initial data for the RD stage, participation in monitoring the implementation of design work on the development of sections of the RD stage;
- Review and approval of changes to design solutions that arise during construction;
- Participation in monitoring the implementation of construction and installation works in terms of compliance with design solutions, participation in the acceptance of completed work;
- Participation in the presentation of completed internal networks to the operating company, preparation of documents for the transfer of networks into operation;
- At all stages of project implementation - interaction with representatives of the general designer/designer, technical customer and general contractor/contractor.
- Preparation of technical specifications for engineering surveys, specifications for the design of buildings and structures;
- Interaction with resource supplying organizations of Georgia
- Development of technical orders for the design of stages receiving, RD, control of release and organization of verification of design documentations;
- Organization of interaction with other divisions of the company in terms of coordination.
Requirements:- Higher Education in Construction or Engineering is important;
- Higher expertise of internal engineering and “smart home” systems.
- 3-5 Years’ experience of working on MEP Design Engineering Positions;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Program;
- Knowledge of Revit Program is a plus;
- Fluent English.
