ASBC is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Store Manager

We’re seeking a dedicated professional to oversee team and product management, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Location: East Point

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
  • Develop and manage work schedules, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance assessments.
  • Foster a culture of growth through team development, task delegation, and conflict resolution.
Product & Inventory Management:
  • Ensure optimal stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product rotation.
Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Drive the store’s sales plan and meet established KPIs.
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Monitor and enforce customer service quality and brand standards.
Operational Compliance:
  • Maintain adherence to safety, fire, tax, and legal standards.
Promotions & Reporting:
  • Prepare and coordinate store activities during promotional launches, ensuring readiness and reporting results.
Competitor Analysis:
  • Evaluate and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
System Operations:
  • Efficiently manage tasks using the internal 1C system.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership role or proven success in achieving KPIs as a senior consultant/administrator.
  • In-depth understanding of sales standards, customer communication, and cash handling.
  • Strong team-building expertise, including training, development, and motivation.
  • Hands-on experience with Apple products is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Flexibility to work on your feet during shifts.
