- Foster a culture of growth through team development, task delegation, and conflict resolution.
Product & Inventory Management:- Ensure optimal stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product rotation.
Sales Strategy Execution:- Drive the store’s sales plan and meet established KPIs.
Customer Service Excellence:- Monitor and enforce customer service quality and brand standards.
Operational Compliance:- Maintain adherence to safety, fire, tax, and legal standards.
Promotions & Reporting:- Prepare and coordinate store activities during promotional launches, ensuring readiness and reporting results.
Competitor Analysis:- Evaluate and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
System Operations:- Efficiently manage tasks using the internal 1C system.
Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year in a leadership role or proven success in achieving KPIs as a senior consultant/administrator.
- In-depth understanding of sales standards, customer communication, and cash handling.
- Strong team-building expertise, including training, development, and motivation.
- Hands-on experience with Apple products is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
- Flexibility to work on your feet during shifts.
