Construction Company Prime Concrete is announcing an opening for the position of Design Engineer in Anaklia. 

Selected candidate will have opportunity to take part in Anaklia Port and gain experience working with international experts. 
 
Job Description: 
We are looking to hire a skilled Design Engineer with a strong background in Infrastructure projects, breakwater and marine infrastructure design. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit, with experience in preparing detailed design, shop drawings, 3D models, and as-built documentation specifically for Large Infrastructure Projects / Breakwater and coastal structures. 

Roles & Responsibilities 
Design & Drafting 

• Prepare detailed infrastructure drawings, including road layouts, earthworks, and grading plans, breakwater and coastal structure design drawings. 
• Develop complete and detailed design drawings for: 
• Breakwater, revetments, armor units, concrete Xbloc and sheet piles. 
• Earthwork grading plans, road layouts, cut and fill sections 
• Create layout plans, longitudinal profiles, cross-sections, and 3D models 
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction detailing drawings 
• Incorporate survey data, topographic and other inputs into design 

Quantity & Planning 

• Perform material take-offs (MTOs) and prepare accurate quantity estimates. 
• Support cost estimation and coordinate with procurement/planning teams. 
• Assist the project team with construction schedules, methodology planning, and sequence phasing 
• Update quantities and drawings to reflect changes during execution and post-construction. 

Coordination & Documentation 

• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Surveyors, and Design Teams 
• Prepare and maintain design documentation for construction and post-construction phases 
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and QA/QC procedures 
• Conduct occasional site visits for data collection or verification. 
• Assist in preparing design documentation for tender and construction stages. 

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering / construction management, or a related field. 
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in large infrastructure or coastal/marine infrastructure projects 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit (mandatory) or similar CAD platforms. 
• Knowledge of civil infrastructure design standards and construction processes. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. 
• Good organizational and time management skills. 
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
• Experience in EPC or Design-Build Infrastructure Projects. 
• Good oral and written communication skills in Georgian and English.
