Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or SAP Intelligent RPA in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and documenting workflows and communicating with clients to elicit requirements.
• Experience building scalable automation solutions that can handle high-volume workloads.
• Knowledge of automation monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure reliability and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• English B2+.
• Ability to adapt to the client’s time zone for calls and communication.

NICE-TO-HAVE skills:

• Certifications in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience with backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control, managing repositories, and collaborating on automation scripts.
• Knowledge of SAP integration, including connecting SAP and non-SAP solutions or working with RESTful APIs, OData, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, solution architects, and AI/ML engineers to deliver integrated, cutting-edge systems.
• Optimize and scale RPA workflows to improve performance and reduce manual work.
• Implement intelligent monitoring and alerting systems to ensure automation reliability.
• Research and apply the latest AI and ML techniques to push automation boundaries.
• Translate complex business needs into sleek, user-focused applications.
• Analyze and resolve high-impact production issues, choosing scalable, long-term fixes.
