HH Recruitment (www.HH.ge) is announcing a vacancy on the position of Body and Paint Specialist for one of the international representative company in Georgia.
Main responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Standardize dealer Body and Paint operations in accordance with standards
- Standards survey implementation
- Standards roadmap creation and follow-up
- Monitor dealer KPIs for analysis of dealer's needs for: service traffic, service capacity, efficiency, customer feedback
- Maintain Body and Paint development plan with approved paint partner in accordance with general strategy
- Monitor and support painter’s certification program
- Monitor and support boost implementation (changes in body and paint process, equipment, or area, that help reduce key to key time);
- Monitor service level agreement fulfillment for paint supplier;
- Monitor local paint distributor performance;
- Create and share body and paint best practices;
- Own body and paint operations: set operational standards, maintain project development and expansion;
- Report results of standard-related activities to management: Body and Paint related networkwide KPIs, Body and Paint related customer experience KPI monitoring;
- standardizing automotive Body and Paint, ensuring optimal service capacity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through effective KPI monitoring;
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related fields;
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience, as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Manager/Specialist, Assistant Project Manager;
- Understanding of vehicle specifications, features and market trends;
- Knowledge of English and Russian Languages;
- MS Office
