Pulse Point is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the local non-technical recruitment function with energy, precision, and strategic thinking.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams that shape the future of our business. You’ll oversee end-to-end hiring efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, and drive initiatives that elevate our employer brand. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for local non-technical roles, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, universities, referrals, and talent networks
- Screen and assess applicants for technical and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring teams, both onsite and remotely
- Build strong relationships with department leads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics
- Strengthen our employer brand through innovative hiring campaigns and university partnerships
- Track key hiring metrics and deliver insights on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
- Stay informed on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring procedures
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Proven experience in leading non-Tech recruitment processes across various business units
- The iGaming industry experience is highly valued and considered a strong advantage
- Strong understanding and experience across the full TA lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding and post-hire support during the probation period
- Hands-on involvement in onboarding processes and active support of new hires throughout their probation period
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage HR analytics for strategic decision-making
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Expertise in recruitment processes, modern sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you’re approachable, persuasive, and collaborative
- Strategic thinking mindset with the ability to align hiring efforts to organizational goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English — both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring regulations
