We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive the commercial success of this landmark development.

POSITION PROFILE
The Sales Director will oversee the full sales function of Petra Sea Resort, including sales strategy development, team leadership, client relationship management, and international market expansion. This high-impact role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with deep industry experience and exceptional communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & HARD SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role within the development sector (real estate, construction, or related industries)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value sales pipelines
  • Strong understanding of real estate and development sales strategies, pricing models, and customer lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and contract negotiation
  • Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including international business trips

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
  • Team-oriented with the ability to lead and inspire others
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Leading and implementing sales strategies for residential and hospitality units
  • Managing and mentoring the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Developing and maintaining strong client and investor relationships
  • Representing Petra Group at international and local industry events, forums, and sales presentations
  • Working with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Overseeing the end-to-end client journey — from lead acquisition to contract signing
