Your profile:
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role;
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Knowledge of how to set up Scrum and Kanban processes depending on the project;
- Proficiency in using project support and monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
- Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP(s), and REST APIs;
- Technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies;
- Experience in the Fintech or Payments industry (preferred but not required);
- Familiarity with the PCI DSS standard (preferred but not required);
- Ability to challenge and debate issues critical to the project;
- Ability to assess situations using a risk-based approach;
- Strong organisational, time management, and complex problem-solving skills;
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;
- Experience working with multiple PSPs, aggregators, and alternative payment methods is a plus;
- Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously while balancing priorities and dependencies;
- Ability to create technical tasks for the team;
- Ability to analyse APIS.
Your day-to-day contribution:
- Lead the integrations and feature development process;
- Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally;
- Collect and share the acceptance rate after a PSP is integrated;
- Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver tasks that meet expected outcomes;
- Oversee the operational aspects of the merchant service process;
- Manage relationships with payment partners and providers — provide product updates, lead the integration process, and assist in resolving issues and questions;
- Coordinate post-integration monitoring and issue tracking in collaboration with technical and support teams;
- Validate integration completeness through internal QA and payment partner confirmations;
- Continuously improve the onboarding process for new PSPs and acquirers;
- Identify and mitigate payment-related risks, ensuring continuity and scalability of services;
- Create technical tasks for new integrations.
