We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled person with the expertise in OpenStack and Cloud Computing solutions such as: virtualization technologies, cloud orchestration, and system-level programming or scripting. The successful candidate will support our sales and solutions teams by providing deep technical insights, solution architecture guidance, and client-facing demonstrations to help with enterprise-level B2B sales of OpenStack solutions.

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled person with the expertise in OpenStack and Cloud Computing solutions such as: virtualization technologies, cloud orchestration, and system-level programming or scripting. The successful candidate will support our sales and solutions teams by providing deep technical insights, solution architecture guidance, and client-facing demonstrations to help with enterprise-level B2B sales of OpenStack solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, present solutions, and deliver technical value propositions for OpenStack-based cloud services.
- Solution Design: Design and articulate cloud architectures using OpenStack services, tailored to customer workloads and IT environments.
- Demonstrations & POCs: Prepare and conduct technical demos, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and pilot deployments to showcase OpenStack capabilities.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert-level guidance on cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, multi-tenant architectures, storage, networking, and security in OpenStack.
- RFP/RFI Support: Respond to technical questionnaires and contribute to proposals, documentation, and architecture diagrams for customer bids.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to influence roadmap and service improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of OpenStack architecture and services
- Knowledge of virtualization, containerization, KVM–based virtualization, OpenStack orchestration, Kubernetes, S3-compatible storage, Linux system administration, and networking concepts.
- Understanding of cloud-native technologies and related tools: Ceph, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions and vice versa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Georgian and English languages.
- Hands-on experience with deploying or managing OpenStack environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Virtuozzo, AWS, Azure, GCP) for comparative discussions.
- Background in managed cloud services, data center, telecom, or hosting industries.
- Certifications in OpenStack, Linux, or cloud technologies.
