JetStar International LTD is a European manufacturer of industrial equipment and a global distributor of waterjet cutting machines. We are currently expanding and opening a new branch in Batumi, Georgia, where we are looking for an experienced Sales Department Manager to lead the development of our local sales team

Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage the sales department in Batumi from the ground up
- Coordinate remotely with sales teams in the Czech Republic and Poland
- Develop and implement sales and market entry strategies
- Supervise team performance, KPIs, and ongoing sales activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial position within a sales department
- Fluent in English and Russian (required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and events
