If you thrive on meeting goals, developing partnerships, and promoting hospitality excellence, we want to hear from you!Job Overview:The Sales Manager will lead the hotel’s proactive sales efforts with a focus on generating new business, strengthening client relationships, and representing Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center in the market.Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
- Design and implement proactive sales plans, including scheduling and conducting regular sales calls and client visits, to generate new business and drive revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, group coordinators, and event planners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and attending industry events.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
- Lead negotiations for group bookings and corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Host potential clients for property tours, showcasing the hotel’s value and offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through hotel sales software.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
Other Duties:- Comply with all the company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, pricing, and availability to confidently represent offerings during client interactions.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Department Leader, or General Manager, to support the hotel's objectives.
- Create and manage basic promotional content (e.g., social media posts or sales flyers) to support sales efforts, ensuring alignment with Hampton by Hilton brand guidelines.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales management software (e.g., Delphi, Property PMS) will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
- Knowledge of the local market and hospitality would be considered an advantage.
Working Conditions:- Job site: Batumi.
- Employment type: Monday to Friday/full time job.
- Remuneration: by agreement.
