Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in the CRM system
- Monitor incoming payments and track accounts receivable and outstanding balances
- Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy of financial documentation and reconciliation statements
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure proper and complete billing documentation
- Identify and promptly resolve discrepancies or disputes related to client payments
- Generate regular billing reports and financial summaries for senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal corporate policies and applicable legal or regulatory requirements
- Monitor overdue payments and take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts
- Perform other role related tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in customer service, accounting, or banking fields is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is preferred
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to resolve billing disputes
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
