We’re currently looking for a Client Manager — someone responsible, attentive, and confident in communication — to join our team. The role involves assisting clients with cryptocurrency exchanges, handling cash transactions, keeping records of transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients in person and online (Telegram, Instagram, etc.)
  • Process cryptocurrency exchanges and cash transactions
  • Verify client identity documents as part of KYC procedures (passport, driver’s license, etc.)
  • Record and manage transactions in the internal system
  • Operate cash-handling equipment (e.g. money counter)
  • Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies

Qualifications:
  • Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
  • English and/or Georgian language skills are a plus
  • Confidence in handling cash, with attention to detail and integrity
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Experience in finance, customer service, or related fields is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies or readiness to learn

Work schedule:
  • 20 working days per month
  • Weekdays: 11:00–20:00
  • Weekends: 12:00–18:00
  • Shift pattern: 4/2 or 5/2 (flexible by agreement)
