DevsData is seeking a B2B Sales Representative

100% REMOTE work
Full-time
B2B contract

Do you want to expand your business career path and work in a fast-paced startup environment? If you are not afraid of challenges - apply now! We're looking for a person who will join us as a B2B sales representative (mid-level or senior).

Requirements:
  • Sales experience - at least 3 years, ideally more than 4
  • At least 1 year in a similar position
  • Proven ability and history of closing inbound sales calls with B2B clients
  • Some availability to join sales calls also with North American clients (afternoon/evening hours) 
  • Experience working in a software or recruitment agency, alternatively experience in selling professional services
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and soft skills. Strong self-esteem.
  • Energetic, dynamic personality 
  • Strong foundational knowledge of IT technologies and principles
  • Experience in selling to foreign clients (US, Western Europe)
  • Experience with B2B clients and generating new business
  • Minimum B2 level of English, ideally C1 or above

Nice to have [NOT required]:
  • Outbound automation experience (both for LinkedIn and email) [NOT required]
  • Experience in selling for mid-sized businesses
  • Experience related to account management and scaling on existing clients
  • Partnership management experience
  • Knowledge of technical recruitment or agency experience

Responsibilities:
  • Closing inbound sales calls generated from company’s marketing pages
  • Generating new business through outbound channels (new opportunities)
  • Acting as an individual contributor with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals independently
  • Contribute to the sales expansion and strategy
  • Closing B2B clients by preparing & pitching proposals
  • When needed, doing necessary market/salary research
  • Constant communication with the recruitment team
