Language Requirement: Arabic - Native speaker
Location: Saburtalo, Tbilisi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 1,200 GEL + performance-based bonuses

- Welcome guests at the office and explain tour packages/services clearly
- Maintain regular contact with customers and assist with any questions or problems during their stay
- Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of trips
- Handle complaints or urgent issues in a professional and timely manner
- Build lasting relationships with guests and ensure high satisfaction
- Collect guest feedback to help improve services
