Our mission is to streamline vehicle transportation processes and ensure efficient service delivery. We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and manage vehicle dispatch operations within the USA.
Job Summary: As a Dispatcher, you will oversee the coordination of vehicle pickups and deliveries across the U.S. This role involves working closely with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

The salary is calculated as 3% of the total gross revenue per load. This is a performance-based pay model, meaning the dispatcher earns 3% of the total income generated, depending on efficiency and results.
The estimated monthly salary ranges between 1,500–4,000 GEL, depending on workload and performance.

Job Summary: As a Dispatcher, you will oversee the coordination of vehicle pickups and deliveries across the U.S. This role involves working closely with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries across various locations in the USA.
- Communicate with drivers in the U.S. to provide instructions, schedules, and route details.
- Monitor and track vehicle locations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
- Resolve any issues or delays related to vehicle pickups or deliveries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, including schedules, routes, and communications.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or drivers.
- Accurately input and update load, client, and driver data in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred, with knowledge of U.S. operations being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher is a must); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
