Our company is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a System Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Implementing data backup/recovery
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Answering technical queries and assisting users.
- Responsibility for system security.
- Troubleshooting any reported problems.
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
- Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems.
- Training users
- Plan and manage the server room environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, server management, and data backup/recovery
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software installation and user management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
