An international start-up in the medical tourism sector Clinicseeker (www.clinicseeker.com) is looking for a Founder’s Associate / General Manager to work directly with the company founder and take an active role in the company’s operations, administration, sales and business development processes.
This role is ideal for an organised, proactive and responsible person who wants to be involved in all stages of business development and gain international experience.

Clinicseeker helps patients find suitable and trusted clinics for treatment abroad. At this stage, the company is focused on Central Asian markets. Future expansion plans include entering Eastern Africa and Eastern Europe.
Compensation will be structured as a fixed monthly amount or based on hours worked, with a potential additional bonus depending on the company’s results.

Main responsibilities:
- Active involvement in the company’s day-to-day activities;
- Overseeing marketing activities and campaigns;
- Managing the sales team (patient coordinators);
- Communicating with partner clinics (medical education is not required);
- Managing daily administrative and organisational matters, coordinating business processes;
- Participating in planning and execution of new market entry processes;
Requirements:
- Good communication level of Russian - we work with Central Asian markets: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan;
- Working level of English;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility;
- Good knowledge of Excel, office tools and AI tools;
- Desire to work in a start-up environment and learn quickly;
- Experience in medicine or healthcare is an advantage, but not required.
