About the role

Main responsibilities
- Book flights, tickets, and transport, both domestic and international, quickly and reliably;
- Arrange hotel stays, transfers, and other travel logistics from start to finish;
- Make reservations (restaurants, venues, services) locally and overseas;
- Manage the calendar: schedule meetings, set reminders, and avoid conflicts across time zones;
- Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing is missed;
- Prepare regular reports and status updates on tasks, bookings, and schedules;
- Handle correspondence and coordinate with third parties;
- Adapt fast and solve problems on the spot when plans change.
Qualification requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
- Quick thinking and the ability to make decisions under time pressure;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Comfortable with calendar tools, booking platforms, and online research;
- Stable internet connection and availability to respond promptly during agreed hours.
Languages
- English (high level, written and spoken);
- Russian (high level, written and spoken);
- Georgian (considered an advantage).
