We are looking for Cost Estimator (MEP)
Responsibilities:
- To Plan a budget and ensures cost-effective operations for a project or a company’s overall business model.
- To be responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, which also entails preparing cost estimates for tenders and contract administration;
- Fill in BOQ based on particular project requirements;
- To check material technical data based on project design requirements;
- To prepare and submit monthly IPC to main contractor upon agreed/signed procedures. To check IPC received from sub-contractor company;
- To check and analyze particular completion and compare actual figures, data to those of initial signed BOQ;
- Communicate with projects dedicated authorities (engineers, architects etc.) to get relevant technical and financial information;
- To check all material and labor prices and analyze based on local/international market research. To file and maintain relevant analytical database. To conduct feasibility studies and procurement reports;
- To prepare periodical project implementation reports upon agreed procedures with PM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferable financial and technical background)
- 3 + years’ of professional experience as cost manager
- Expirience in consrruction activities (MEP)
- English.
