IDS Borjomi Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Operations Planner in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

Role Overview:
Manage end-to-end supply of Borjomi to Business Units by balancing demand, controlling warehouse inventory levels, and coordinating logistics. The role is responsible for gathering sales and stock data, generating production demands, and creating actionable shipment, transport, and warehouse load plans.

Job Location: Tbilisi, Georgia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning the supply of Borjomi to Business Units (BUs) to cover sales and maintain high service levels.
• Controlling stock levels within BU warehouses.
• Collecting sales, demand, stock, and transit data from BUs.
• Forming production demand based on required shipments.
• Creating shipment orders based on finalized shipment plans.
• Developing transport plans based on those shipment orders.
• Designing warehouse load plans while tightly controlling stock levels and stock aging.
• Formulating internal shipment plans.
• Following up on actual shipments, remaining stocks, and production changes to adjust shipment plans accordingly.
• Communicating with transport and warehouse teams on a daily basis to adjust orders and navigate constraints.
• Providing in-depth analysis of actual data.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or transport scheduling, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong proficiency in collecting, processing, and executing in-depth analysis on complex sales, demand, and transit data to drive operational decisions.
• Working proficiency in MS Excel. Proficiency with ERP systems and/or BI reporting tools will be a strong advantage.
• University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or similar field.
• Fluent knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages is a must.
