Sales-Driven Leader
We're expanding, and we need a hands-on leader to take our cafe's performance to the next level. If you know how to turn a good team into a great one, and grow revenue while doing it, this role is for you.
About the venue:
A cozy, modern cafe situated in one of Tbilisi's busiest tourist areas. The foundation is solid; what we need now is someone who can push growth further.
What you'll be doing:
- Growing sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Raising the average check through smart upselling
- Leading and motivating a team of roughly 10-15 people
- Designing and rolling out promotions and sales campaigns
- Reading KPIs and sales data to guide decisions (POS experience is a bonus)
- Keeping costs and waste under control
- Ensuring customers always leave happy
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years running a cafr or restaurant
- A sharp, numbers-driven approach to sales
- Real leadership experience, people should want to work for you
- Someone who brings ideas, not just follows a checklist
- Solid communication and organizational habits
- English is a must; Russian is a bonus
- Comfortable working with international/tourist customers
