Outbound Tourism Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager (experience in tourism is an advantage)
• Experience working with tourism systems (considered an advantage)
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages
• Good command of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Personal Skills:

• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time-management skills and clear verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling and promoting the company’s tourism products
• Attracting clients, providing consultations, and managing the sales process
• Studying company products and providing recommendations for improvement
• Participation in marketing and promotional activities (social media and other channels)
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining sales records

Working Conditions:

• Compensation: Fixed salary + high bonus system
• Working hours:
• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
• Saturday: 11:00 – 16:00
• Location: Tbilisi, S. Chikovani St. 4A
