We're looking for a Middle Product Designer
We're adding a Middle Product Designer to our product team — someone who can take small-to-medium features from research all the way to delivery. If you like solving real problems, have experience working in cross-functional teams, and want to ship products that actually move metrics, let's talk.

What you'll do
- Own assigned features start to finish — figure out the problem, design the solution, make sure it works
- Create end-to-end flows and high-fidelity designs
- Integrate compliance cues into your designs (with a basic grasp of fintech regulations)
- Contribute to our design system — components and patterns
- Decide on the approach for your features independently, and align on larger changes with the team
- Work with PMs, engineers, QA and Compliance
- Qualifications
What you need
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- A strong portfolio with real, shipped work (links to apps or websites are great)
- Experience in a regulated industry (banking / fintech) is a plus
You're the right fit if
- You think in terms of jobs-to-be-done, customer journeys and analytics
- You're comfortable figuring things out on your own and escalate when needed
- You enjoy working with different teams and can get people on the same page
- You want to ship things that genuinely improve metrics and help people
Skills you'll need
- Solid craft in visual and interaction design
- Prototyping
- Strong Figma and design system skills
- Basic understanding of fintech compliance
- Clear communication and backing up decisions with data
- Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies
