United Transport is announcing vacancy for the position of Recruiter for USA Logistics

We are a dispatching company hiring a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while working closely with office managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 14:30-23:30

Compensation: $800 monthly

Responsibilities:

• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms.
• Process and follow up with candidate leads.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Schedule interviews with office managers.
• Communicate with office managers regarding candidate progress and hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment log.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• English proficiency: C1 or higher with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
• Confidence in communication
