As a Dutch Back Office Expert, you will support our customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward a seamless experience, while playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction for our client in the global automotive industry.

What we’re looking for

• Dutch language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)
• English or Georgian language proficiency
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
• Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles as well as new vehicle infotainment systems
• Good computer skills + fast typing
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
• Willingness to work in shifts and public holidays
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, web forms, social media, and live chat
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers and dealers in Dutch
• Enter and update customer and order information in company systems
• Help customers understand and use infotainment and connected vehicle features in modern cars
• Follow company rules for data security, accuracy, and quality
• Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
