MUK TBILISI is announcing vacancy for the position of Order Processing Specialist
Requirements:
- Higher education degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in international logistics;
- Experience working with IT equipment is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the basic concepts and principles of international trade;
- Knowledge of documentation related to international freight transportation;
- Knowledge of Incoterms rules.
Responsibilities:
- Placing orders with manufacturers;
- Monitoring orders throughout all stages of production and delivery;
- Communicating with manufacturers to expedite orders and coordinate shipment schedules;
- Maintaining the order database and tracking order statuses;
- Handling claims with manufacturers and resolving disputes;
- Processing and monitoring payments to manufacturers;
- Preparing reports for manufacturers.
