Spark by Hilton is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel reservations and booking requests.
- Handle individual, group, and corporate reservations.
- Ensure all reservations are accurately entered and updated in OPERA PMS.
- Monitor room availability, rates, cancellations, and booking modifications.
- Communicate with guests, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, and other hotel departments.
- Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate booking records.
- Ensure compliance with hotel reservation procedures and standards.
- Support the hotel in maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Requirements
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English.
- Professional, responsible, and guest-oriented attitude.
