We are looking for an ambitious Sales Project Manager to own the end-to-end performance of our Tbilisi store, drive B2C/B2B sales, and build valuable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, manage and train the sales team, and ensure an exceptional, luxury-grade customer experience.
- B2B & Partnership Development: Identify, network, and establish strong partnerships with top interior designers, architects, premium real estate developers, and corporate clients.
- Events & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute exclusive in-store events, product showcases, and activations to boost brand visibility.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Drive monthly/quarterly targets (revenue, margins, conversion rates) and actively utilize CRM tools for data analysis and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2C/B2B sales, showroom management, or business development, preferably within the premium or luxury segment.
- Existing network and strong connections within Tbilisi's architecture and interior design community (highly preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for international brand collaboration.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics.
