Main responsibilities:
- Handle visa and work permit applications for foreign employees working in Georgia.
- Conduct recruitment activities in accordance with local laws and company requirements, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring.
- Maintain HR-related systems, documentation, registrations, and processes in compliance with Georgian labor legislation.
- Manage employee relations, organize onboarding and offboarding/termination processes, and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist managers with performance management and improve employee productivity through effective performance management practices.
- Support and monitor employees’ attendance, business trips, and other day-to-day HR matters.
- Perform other HR-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven recruitment experience and familiarity with various candidate sourcing channels.
- Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Georgian Labor Code and other relevant HR-related laws and regulations, with the ability to monitor legislative changes regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Strong learning ability, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working in an international company is a plus.
