We Are Hiring: Director’s Driver
We are looking for a responsible, professional, and disciplined Director’s Driver who will ensure the Director’s safe, comfortable, and timely transportation.
If you have a strong sense of responsibility, respect confidentiality, are punctual, possess excellent communication skills, and have relevant experience in a similar position, we would be pleased to consider your application.

Position: Director’s Driver

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Industry: Real Estate Development & Investment
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience (additional working hours will be compensated separately)

Key Responsibilities

Providing safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for the Director;
Efficiently planning routes and schedules according to the Director’s itinerary;
Maintaining the vehicle in clean and proper working condition at all times;
Regularly checking the vehicle’s technical condition and arranging timely maintenance and servicing when required;
Transporting the Director to meetings, business events, and other work-related engagements as needed;
Driving to various locations according to the Director’s instructions;
Selecting optimal routes while taking traffic conditions and congestion into consideration;
Strictly complying with traffic regulations and safety standards;
Monitoring and maintaining relevant transportation-related documentation and expenses;
Maintaining complete confidentiality regarding information obtained during the course of work;
Handling vehicle-related administrative matters when required;
Providing a high standard of service and maintaining professional etiquette at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Valid Category B driving license;
Excellent knowledge of Tbilisi streets and major routes;
Proven experience in safe and confident driving;
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and technical condition;
Excellent punctuality and time-management skills;
High sense of responsibility and strong discipline;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
Polite, composed, and professional communication skills;
Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful and changing situations;
Flexibility to work according to a variable schedule;
Knowledge of either Turkish or English is mandatory; Turkish language proficiency will be given priority.
