Cenomi Retail Georgia is the official representative in Georgia of up to 20 renowned international brands, including Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Aldo, U.S. Polo Assn., CHARLES & KEITH, Sunglass Hut, Oysho, Zara Home, Parfois, Ipekyol, Kiko Milano, and others. Today, the company operates approximately 60 stores across Tbilisi and Batumi.

Position Overview:
The International Finance Controller will oversee and support finance operations across seven countries, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and effective alignment with group financial policies.

This role acts as a key regional link between local finance teams and the International Finance Management, driving consistency, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations & Control:
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings across all assigned countries;
• Review and validate local financial statements for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with IFRS and group policies;
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, balance sheets, and general ledgers;
• Strengthen internal control environments and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Consolidate international financial statements and provide variance analyses, KPIs, and management reports;
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Process Improvement & Integration:

• Standardize and optimize accounting and reporting processes across countries;
• Support ERP implementations, system upgrades, and automation initiatives;
• Promote best practices and training for local finance teams.

Cross-Border Collaboration

• Serve as a key liaison between local entities and the international finance leadership;
• Support the International Finance Director in coordinating group-wide finance initiatives;
• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across regional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Minimum 5-7 years of finance or controllership experience in a multinational or regional setup;
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple countries is preferred;
• Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, and Financial Reporting;
• Advanced in Excel/Power BI and skilled in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, or similar) is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, (Russian would be a plus);
• Working experience with AI tools is a plus.
