About the project
We are looking for Georgian-speaking psychiatrists with strong English. Your clinical experience will help AI models understand psychiatric assessment, treatment and mental health the way they are actually handled in Georgian practice. No AI background is needed; your medical knowledge is what counts. The work does not involve seeing or treating patients.
What you will do
- Write and review complex psychiatric case studies grounded in real Georgian cultural context
- Assess case material and add expert notes that reflect Georgian psychiatric practice
- Prepare precise written analyses in Georgian and English
- Review sensitive content with care for ethics, confidentiality and good clinical practice
- Help set consistent ways of expressing psychiatric information in both languages
- Give expert feedback on how AI systems analyse mental health situations
- Work with the AI project team
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
- Completed psychiatry residency and a valid state certificate (medical licence)
- Native Georgian; advanced written and spoken English
- Solid experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and clinical documentation in Georgian clinics
- Cultural sensitivity and ethical judgement in difficult cases
Nice to have
- Experience writing teaching material or clinical case descriptions (teaching, research)
- Work on multidisciplinary projects, especially in technology, research or digital health
- Familiarity with both Western and Georgian approaches to psychiatry
