IT Group is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Promo Manager.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Promotion Manager;
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth;
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset;
  • A passion for the industry and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation;
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products and services;
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing messages and promotions to resonate with their preferences and behaviours;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies;
  • Monitor key retention metrics and KPIs, such as churn rate, reactivation rate, and customer satisfaction, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize retention initiatives;
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide input on product enhancements and features that can drive customer retention and engagement;
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure effective resolution of player issues and concerns, and implement proactive measures to prevent churn;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP players and high-value customers, providing personalized experiences and managing VIP retention programs;
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate retention and promotion performance.
