Vacancy is announced for the position of HR Manager, for one international company, which operates in beauty industry
Job Description
- Filling vacancies;
- Searching for resumes on job portals, working with responses, communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, working with Customers, drawing up a job offer.
- Adaptation of new employees Preparing a welcome box (if available), instructions, information messages or events regarding the exit of a new employee and / or drawing up a development plan for the probationary period, resolving any issues that have arisen.
- Holding various meetings for example, Performance Review, 1:1, communication with employees regarding an individual development plan.
- Employee retention and evaluation Work on the motivation system, its implementation, conducting various surveys, such as eNPS (both on your own initiative and in terms of ensuring.
- Work with documents, approval of sick leave / vacations.
- Forms, together with the business, a resource plan in terms of numbers for the tasks of the future period;
- Control of turnover analytics;
- Development of proposals to reduce turnover;
- Development of proposals for staff retention, in terms of motivational programs
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economic/psychological or relevant field;
- At least 2 years of experience as HR Manager/HR Generalist position;
- Good speaking knowledge of English and Russian language
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Experience with 1C is welcome.
