Key functions:
- Participation in the development of a strategy for the promotion of the company, products, services;
- Analysis of the market, competitors by secondary sources and determination of retail development directions;
- Assortment analysis and repositioning of the company;
- Analysis, tracking, forecasting of sales during the promotion (or their absence);
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for promotion in retail;
- Planning of promotional activities, conducting, monitoring and analysis of effectiveness;
- Building the effective work of the marketing department;
- Comprehensive promotion of the loyalty program;
- Formation of a strategy for the value of APR and its implementation;
- Development of a strategy to attract traffic to stores, increase the check and its depth;
- Planning a co-marketing strategy and interaction with large brands, conducting, monitoring and analyzing effectiveness.
Qualification and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of management;
- Strategic and analytical skills – the ability to build a strategy, implement new tools, collect and analyze data;
- Knowledge of the business and advertising market;
- Presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Higher education.
