- Recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation to new employees
- Administrative assistance
- Mentor and manage office staff and ensure top performance
- Managing company's CRM
- Other Back Office tasks such as supporting our offices in daily business on different locations
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Office management, administrative or similar experience
- Excellent knowledge of English in spoken and written is obligatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Responsible and conscientious way of working
- Good communication and intercultural skills
