Clark Outsourcing Company announces a vacancy for the position:IT Support Engineer

Salary Grade: 700 USD to 1200 USD / GROS a month
Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00pm

Background:
The Help Desk IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing IT support to client's computers, servers and networks via our ticketing system and remote monitoring & management (RMM) platform. 

The Help Desk IT Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for all IT reported issues for our clients globally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone, e-mail and chat support to end-users via jobs assigned to them in our ticketing system.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure meeting deadlines.
• Manage and maintain clients network, servers and equipment such as Meraki, Sophos,Fortinet, Lenovo, HP and Dell hardware.
• Manage and maintain Azure based servers and systems.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and upgrading software applications.
• Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
• Conducting daily checks and system functions to make sure that networks and communication links are operational for business support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).
• Certification in Microsoft Technologies such as MCP/MCSE
• Certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• 2+ years experience in the Information Technology industry in a corporate environment supporting Global clients.
