Position overview:
As a Client Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our relationships with existing clients who may be considering canceling their services or requesting refunds. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to these clients, understand their concerns, and work diligently to address their issues and retain them as our clients.
You will be an integral part of our Client Success team and will report directly to the Client relations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client retention, sales position, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach to handling client concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software or client management systems is a plus.
- A passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

- on site job
- salary rate 400-500$ (depends on the monthly working performance) + bonus structure for each retained client
- Mon-Fr from 5 pm till 2 am GE time
