Future Bridge announces a vacancy for the position: B2B Corporate Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, confident, and dedicated individuals to join our Sales Division, which will commence operations in Tbilisi in September 2023.  As part of our dynamic division, you will closely collaborate with senior decision-makers from the world's largest and most innovative companies, aligning their requirements with our tailored events.   Daily Tasks:   On a daily basis, you will be responsible for promoting and selling conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities to top-tier multi-industry practitioners across the EU and North America.  

Your tasks will include:
  • Conducting industry research relevant to the assigned product 
  • Generating lead Contacting potential clients through cold calls  Engaging with the target audience through various channels  

What We Expect from You:   
As a member of our team, we expect you to develop a deep understanding of current industry trends, generate leads, and effectively interact with key decision-makers over the phone to ensure the success of our events. Your goal will be to secure business and expand your client portfolio. We provide high-caliber in-house training and offer excellent earnings through uncapped commissions and performance-related bonuses.  

About Salary  and Bonus system :  
As for the salary  we have 1600 GEL during the probation period, 2000 GEL after the probation period. 
In both cases, we have Bonus system that are quite high, and in some cases will double the salary and after the probation period you may go from 2000 to 3000 GEL and from 3000 to 5000 GEL 

  • Bachelor's degree (GPA 3.0+ in Business and/or Commercial studies is an advantage)
  • Native or C2 level proficiency in English
  • Ability to convey research and uncover potential business opportunities

  • Team player with a respectful attitude
  • Ability to perform under strict deadlines
