Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant who is enthusiastic to join our partner company eBazaaris on a remote basis https://www.ebazaaris.com/

As a leading e-commerce accelerator in Germany, eBazaaris provides

strategic and practical support for brands and brand manufacturers on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Otto and more. We have made it our mission to ensure sustainable success in the constantly evolving e-commerce landscape.


Your tasks will include:

  • Assist the sales team with back-office tasks, including, powerpoint, email and schedule coordination.
  • Conduct profit-analysis to assess potential or evaluate products
  • Management of CRM (Hubspot) and e-mail sequences
  • Organize and manage data efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting using Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.


Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2) are essential, as internal and external communication within the team will primarily be in German.
  • You are proficient in the use of Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office, especially Excel
  • You have knowledge how to use CRM systems, ideally Hubspot.
  • You have worked in sales or procurement organizations or have a business business background
  • Ideally you have a solid understanding of e-commerce and marketplace business like Amazon
  • Highly organized with a methodical approach to tasks, capable of prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a proactive attitude towards solving problems and improving processes.
