POSITION Cluster Group and MICE Coordinator
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- At least 1 year experience working across multiple hotels
- Ability to communicate with all hotel departments and clients at the same time, manage solutions as the result of team work
- Result oriented
- Multitasking
- Attention to the details
- Keen problem solver
- Highly organized
- Fluent English speaker
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop segment of group accommodation, events, conference organization
- Contact with corporate clients and agency's representative concerning of all details of event and/or group accommodation (set up; number of participants; menu; timing etc.)
- Prepare contract, invoice, all needed documentation based on client's order, control payments.
- Create group bookings at OPERA system
- Share order details as well as general notes with Food & Beverage Manager and his team, kitchen
- Control Pay Muster closing proses
- Reporting
